I met Caitríona a few years ago. At that time I lived in Germany and worked as an engineer in a Biogas company. When I started to look for any roles in Ireland, it was not so clear for me where to start. I got in touch with Caitríona, she suggested me one role. I had read the Job Description and I thought ''Not a hope, I don't even understand/know the abbreviations used there''. Caitríona believed in myself more than me and pushed me to try. I passed the initial assessments, assessment centre, interviews and got the job. I am very happy in the area I am working now. This move allowed me to progress in my career a lot.
