Poem - December 2023

In life coaching, the focus is present to forward thinking. With this, there can also be moments in our past which can push us forward.

We can create, visualise and experience a 'good', 'happy', 'successful' moment from our past and even intensify it, moving to new life goals.

I'm sharing one of my resourceful circles which I visualise and jump into as a reminder of my full potential. It was when I took the leap to live on another continent, Brazil in South America. I wrote this poem in 2015 and now on the opposite side of the Atlantic, share the same spirit in my ventures with my coaching business. 

 where pink faded into red

- Praia do Rosa to Praia Vermelha -

They came in afloating,

flying peaceful doves,

white as snow forming, foaming, frothing

Fading, products of an entire universe,

the sud forms so tranquil

and thereafter a spectrum of soft blues,

transparent prism where pink faded into red

- where feathered thoughts escaped in the breeze.

Clearer, transparent reflections.
