Poem - January 2024

For those of you who haven’t met me or we haven’t crossed paths in recent years, I love wearing different earrings in different ears, it gives me a chance to be more creative with my combinations.

This poem was written before I wore different earrings in each ear and I interpret my own poem with a different meaning now… in how we do life and all the potential we have inside each of us.

Earrings of Notre Dame

A mosaic: cyan, magneta, green, yellow

An adventurous ensemble with red buttons

Colouring in centres.

The glistening speckled spectrum,

Stain glass pane, window of opportunity.
